This free consultation provides an opportunity for autistic/neurodiverse (ADHD) individuals themselves to receive direction and support:

• if you are in the diagnostic process, considering one, or have just received an autism, ADHD, or other diagnosis,

• for a specific situation that you are experiencing around your own well-being,

• about my accompaniment services.

This paid consultation is for individuals (14 years and older) who are looking to improve their everyday
well-being.
 
It is available to anyone, however
it can be especially beneficial for those who
have an official or suspected diagnosis
of autism, ADHD, anxiety or depression.
