My workshops and trainings are designed to address the need for practical support and solutions for those in a role of parenting, caring for, supporting, servicing or educating themselves and/or others.

 

My goal is to provide information, theories and ideas about pertinent topics related to caring for self and others and to offer insight gained from my many years of professional experience, as well as my personal experiences of being a parent to neurodiverse children and a caregiver to my father who has Alzheimer's.​
