"Coaching is a process that aims to improve performance and focuses on the ‘here and now’ rather than on the distant past or future.
While there are many different models of coaching, here we are not considering the ‘coach as expert’ but, instead, the coach as a facilitator of learning.
There is a huge difference between teaching someone and helping them to learn. In coaching, fundamentally, the coach is helping the individual to improve their own performance: in other words, helping them to learn.
Good coaches believe that the individual always has the answer to their own problems but understands that they may need help to find the answer."
The aim of the personal coaching service is to
empower the autistic teen or adult
to understand and meet their own needs
with confidence, ease and success.
Whether because of unique autistic perspective of the World, or individual ability or desires,
it can sometimes be overwhelming to pinpoint:
diverse personal needs,
what services are available for support, and
what specifically can be done to reach individual potential beyond what is already being done.
My process is intended to offer a direct service to teens and adults with autism who are seeking support.
My goal is to empower individuals to actively take responsibility for their own lives.
I aim to help people find effective methods of working toward personal goals.
The Coaching Process

which is followed by my recommendations and referral in a comprehensive report.
The recommendations may include sessions/consultations with me
(either in person or online, on a regular or periodic basis,)
and/or referral to other services or resources.
My promise to you is to provide you with information that will truly make a difference in your life,
