My services are designed to provide targeted,

practical support and solutions for the everyday reality

of parenting or caring for someone else.

The immediate support system holds the first responsibility in providing guidance, teaching, and support to the person in their care. Whether you are supporting someone because they are young or aging, because they have a short term illness or a long term disability, the commonality is that everyone has complex diverse needs, including you, the supporter. This is why I have created my services.

The available supports for parents, families and caregivers in both the private and the public systems often focus on recommendations of strategies and tools that may only alleviate the situation rather than address the actual underlying need. Furthermore, it is not always clear for the people who are providing direct care, how to integrate the recommended tools and methods on a day-to-day basis, and they may experience difficulty with adapting and ensuring effective interventions. The outcome is lack of progress and/or independence for the individual, leaving the support network overwhelmed, discouraged and unsure what to do next.

My approach and services are intended to be different.

My approach is built on the foundation of consciousness, self-reflection, curiosity, wilingness and understanding. It is anchored in the idea of community and collaboration,

and the belief that we have to ability to create change if we want it.

My services are meant to dig deeper into your situation and untangle your experience, in order to identify your authentic intentions and true needs, along with those of the person or people in your care. Doing this, then facilitates the process of tailoring my support to what you need, finding actionable strategies and implementing realistic solutions that work towards creating the reality that you desire.
