My services are designed to provide targeted,

practical support and solutions for the everyday reality of

caring, educating or supporting someone else.

Whether you are a professional providing a service to someone because they are young or aging, because they have a short term illness or a long term disability, or because they are experiencing a difficult situation, the commonality is that everyone has complex diverse needs, including you, the supporter. This is why I have created my services.

It can be very complicated in the various private and public systems to consider the individuality of people, and to provide individualized support. Often, services are offered in generalized application, which can result in the recommendation of strategies and tools that may only alleviate the situation rather than address the actual underlying need. Furthermore, even for professionals, it is not always clear how to integrate the recommended tools and methods on a day-to-day basis, and therefore it can be difficult to adapt and ensure effective interventions. The outcome is lack of progress and/or independence for the individual, leaving the support network overwhelmed, discouraged and unsure what to do next.

Having spent my entire career in various systemic environments, my desire to do something that genuinely addresses the issues outlined above gradually grew, until I decided to take the leap in 2020 and create Uni-Diversity. I have combined my 25 years of professional experience in the field with my personal experience over the last four years as a caregiver to my father who has Alzheimer's, and developed my approach and services. I believe that the individuality and dignity of the person requiring support is at the core of identifying and meeting needs, and my intention is to provide services that facilitate and increase the effectiveness of the supports that are provided to people with diverse needs throughout their life stages.

Through my ability to relate to, empathize and listen to people, I help you untangle your situation by

finding the root of any issue or need, and then provide direct support to assist you in realistically taking action.
