My individualized support offers you assistance on an as needed basis, as a means to help you maintain your energy for the most important tasks. Allow me to alleviate some of your responsibilities by taking care of some of the items on your to do list, and in turn helping you to maintain some of your precious energy.

 

Areas of assistance may include, but are not limited to:

  • researching social programs (social groups, recreational activities etc.), educational programs (daycares, schools etc.), residences and housing, job training, transportation training, leisure activities or skill building, adult day programs (options after high school etc.) and more

    • internet research​

    • phone calls

    • seek connections and recommendations from others

  • visiting* social programs, educational programs, residences and housing or adult day programs​

    • with the family and/or individual requiring support​

    • without the family and/or individual

  • assistance in filling out paperwork​

  • researching protocols, procedures, laws, etc.

  • researching and accessing assistive technology, devices etc.

  • researching and accessing required adapted materials, items etc.

*Visits are offered within a 30 km radius of Terrebonne, Québec, free of mileage charges.

Locations greater than 30km from Terrebonne are available with an added mileage fee.
