Reiki sessions
I am trained in the Reiki Usui Lineage, and offer Reiki sessions both in person and at a distance.
You can choose from a 30 minute session or a one hour session.
Connection Circles
In collaboration with Studio Klaf, you can participate in a collective Reiki experience.
Connection circles provide a safe,
non-judgmental space to express your emotions and connect with your internal experience of your every day life, in the present moment.
Through guided discussion, personalized emotional aromatherapy essential oils and Reiki,
you will align your body, mind and soul and
reconnect with your true intentions.
dōTERRA Essential Oils
Now a dōTERRA wellness advocate, I began my journey with essential oils as a sceptic.
Sure, I always appreciated the idea behind using them, but I really thought it was just pointless.
That is, until my long-time friend Dawna convinced me to try three of the most common oils regularly. I began with lemon, peppermint and ZenGest, and after several months, began to see how they supported my and my family's well-being. From there, I began to use some more of dōTERRA's proprietary blends, including On Guard, Easy Air and Adaptiv, and really saw a difference for myself, as well as my children. By 2020, I found myself using oils in all areas of my life, and now use them as my main go-to support for so many things.
Given my experience, I am excited to share oils with others not only as a component
of my Connection Circles, but also as a wellness advocate.

Studio Klaf
Aromatherapy, Reiki and Tarot come together to provide personal care to your energy system.
This special three-hour event includes a meditation workshop in which you will be guided into deep connection with yourself. You will receive a personalized oracle/tarot card message and be guided through the identification of the emotional energy residing in your body, adding the support of a directly related essential oil. To integrate everything, a group sharing and Reiki energy work will complete the experience.
There will be the possibility for participants to purchase jewelry channeled with Adaptiv essential oil on a voluntary basis.
Essential Oil Classes

Essential oil classes provide an opportunity to ask all your questions about how essential oils work, which oils can help you, and even try some out.
Book a class during a get-together with your friends as the perfect way to get everyone started experimenting with essential oils. Or book a one on one or group class to support you and your friends already using essential oils in deepening your understanding and expanding your existing knowledge and use of essential oils.
Duration and fees vary in relation to your needs.
Classes are available in your home, at another location of your choice, or at Studio Klaf for an additional fee.
Connection Evenings: Oils, Reiki et Tarot

Host an evening with your friends and experiment with essential oils, Reiki and Tarot readings under the guidance of Audrey from The Skull Witch and Laurie from Esprit LM.
